Hello and welcome!

My name is Carrie Mello, and I live in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont with my family and a herd of horses on our off-grid farm.

I work with people to help them understand and work skillfully with their emotions through teaching, consulting, experiential learning, and coaching with horses. Our emotions are powerful messengers that help us navigate our world as social beings; they are always with us, guiding our thoughts, behaviors, and visions. Understanding what they are communicating and working with them is essential to healing and living a balanced and fulfilling life. I feel honored to bring this work into the world and share it with others.

I also have a passion for horses and their ability to help humans heal and become more self-aware. I teach and coach others how to understand and communicate with horses as sentient beings through connection, presence, and developing empathic and authentic leadership skills.

I am a licensed Dynamic Emotional Integration® Trainer and Consultant, a graduate of The Academy for Coaching with Horses, a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach, a lover of nature, and an enamored student of Horse.
